Andres is Optimist Middle Level Leader for November

Congratulations to Livie Andres on being named the Optimist Middle Level Leader for November!

Livie Andres, the daughter of Aaron and Maria Andres and an eighth grader at the Sauk Prairie Middle School, has been named the Sauk Prairie Optimist Middle Level Leader for November.

Middle School choir teacher Jennifer Gulsvig Dunn and band teacher Jeff Williams, nominated Livie for this award. “Since 6th grade, Livie has consistently exhibited a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, inspiring her peers to strive for that same level of excellence. It has been such a joy to watch," said Gulsvig Dunn.

"Livie continues to make both athletics and music work in her life. Her sense of humor and kind heart make peers and adults always want to be around her. She lights up every classroom she enters!

Livie is whirlwind of activity, buzzing with energy both in and out of school! She bursts with pride as a member of the Sources of Strength group, making a difference in her community. She plays on the Middle School basketball team. Bringing her passion for performance to life, Livie is a member of the Show Choir and sang in the mini-rising stars concert as a 7th grader. This past fall, she even took on the role of production assistant for the school musical, showcasing her creativity and teamwork.

Outside of school, Livie immerses herself in a world of sports—enjoying basketball, soccer, tennis, and dance with enthusiasm and skill. She also embraces her spiritual side as a member of her church's youth group, making meaningful connections along the way.

As she gazes into the future, Livie is filled with anticipation for college and beyond. Her dream? To become a dentist and bring smiles to people’s faces! The sky's the limit for this dynamic and driven young woman!

Thank you to Sauk Prairie Optimists for sponsorship of the Middle Level Leader award.
