SPMS Track performed amazing at State today:
Quinn Moses is long jump Champ, and placed 5th in the 100m Hurdles
Sienna Ganser is 200m Champ w/ a meet record.
Allana Ortegron took 13th in 100m.
Both 4x100 placed 4th.

Everything they did today they had season and personal bests. Amazing performances by all of these athletes!!!
8th Grade students made a scale model of the solar system. They had to calculate the average distance of each planet from the sun in astronomical units and then convert to measure the distance between the planets.
Engineers at work! Students had to figure out how all of the pieces fit cohesively together to ensure that all gears turned at the same time.

Saturday Jan 17th 2026. Sauk Prairie took 1st place at the Baraboo Chess Tournament in the K-8 division. Caden Roth took 1st overall going a perfect 5-0 in the tournament. Wisconsin Dells, Baraboo, Sauk Prairie were represented at the tournament.

This presentation will provide information for the parent(s)/guardian(s) of future Freshmen. We will discuss academic and career planning, the high school trimester schedule, graduation requirements, course registration, and other pertinent transition information. High school counselors will be giving the same presentation in 8th-grade classrooms, so students are welcome to attend, but it is not necessary.
